DOHS were struggling to get overseas clients to understand the new GDPR framework and worked with Visual Legals to develop a Data Processing Agreement that made the terms more accessible to their clients. We made an illustrated data process flow diagram to simplify the GDPR processing concepts.
We used a person icon in a ball as a metaphor for the sharing of data which informed many of the illustrations in the document.
We feel this approach effectively communicates their data processes and also brings a fresh approach to their existing terms.
