NielsenIQ Brandbank are currently the leading provider of FMCG product images and data in a number of countries around the world. They wanted to make the contract sign-up process as simple as possible when rolling out their services into the US market in order to quickly gain customers in a competitive market.
The Solution:
We created a set of Visual Terms & Conditions for NielsenIQ Brandbank by utilising the new NielsenIQ isometric illustration style. We simplified the legal text, created a visualised service process flow diagram and added illustrations that were specific to each clause of the contract. This helped to simplify their processes and engage the reader to the relevant terms.
The Result:
Since introducing the new T&Cs to their customers, Nielsen Brandbank have seen a 100%+ increase in contract signatures in the US.
