Rather than being a very dry document that feels like an onerous part of the customer journey, it now offers a further opportunity to reinforce our brand values and build the relationship.

We worked in collaboration with Candour to create their Terms & Conditions of Business. As a creative agency, the visual approach fits perfectly with their field so that the look and feel of their Terms are reflective of their Services.

We reviewed their existing brand assets and created new versions to fit in with the clause content.
